The Working Principle Of The 4-Way-Shuttle
Storage operation mode
The operator first prepares the shuttle to start, the 4-way-shuttle is on standby; the WCS system will plan the driving route according to the current position of the shuttle and the destination location, and then the staff will use the WCS to Distribute cargo tasks under the shuttle car; pick up the goods at the roadway, the 4-way-shuttle car runs on the track according to the task storage instruction received, and the photoelectric and RFID positioning is used to achieve position correction when approaching the destination , Stop; the 4-way-shuttle arrives at the destination to lay down the goods, and notify the WCS system to complete the delivery task, the 4-way-shuttle continues to receive the task order or return to the standby area.
Outbound operation mode
The 4-way-shuttle car starts to perform the outbound pick-up task according to the task instruction received from the host computer.
