After the heavy-duty shelves are installed, they are mainly identified from the following aspects:
1. The material of the shelves is generally cold-rolled steel profiles, preferably the national standard. However, there are very few manufacturers that use the national standard (mainly due to price issues). The simplest way is to conduct an experiment according to the load-bearing capacity agreed by both parties. The domestic materials for the shelves should be SS400 steel from Baogang Original Factory and Shanghai Steel No. 1 Factory. There seems to be no strict and complete set of shelf industry standards in China, and there seem to be very few shelves that can meet the European FEM shelf standards.
2. The structure of the shelf. The shelf column depends on whether the cross-section has many and even bends. The more uniform and symmetrical the shelf is, the better. The cross beam of the shelf depends on the hook structure of the cross beam and the form of hanging the cross beam to the column: it is better to have more hooks on the cross beam, and the more stress it can bear, the better; when the hook of the cross beam is hung on the column, it depends on whether the contact between the hook and the column is close and consistent. , the inner side of the hook should be close to the side of the column without any gaps. Only in this way can the structure be stable, strong and durable.
3. The surface treatment of the shelf. The surface spraying treatment of the shelf should be uniform and have strong adhesion. Whether the surface spraying of the shelf is uniform depends on whether there are any omissions on the inner edge of the shelf column hole. You can tap it with a hard object during inspection. If it falls off easily, it means the shelf is prone to rust.
4. In the welding process, the welding joint must be uniform and full (fish scale shape is best), and there should be no indirection or leakage of welding.
