Pallet Shuttle Radio Racking System

The pallet shuttle radio racking system enhances storage capacity, goods-in/goods-out flows, and product variety compared to other high-density solutions like drive-in racking. It offers a fully automated version with stacker cranes or transfer cars, as well as a semi-automated option that includes a shuttle, forklift, and operator. The operator uses the forklift to position the pallet shuttle car at the channel's entrance, places the pallet on the rails above the shuttle, which then elevates the pallet slightly and transports it to the first available location. Operators can issue commands to the shuttle via a tablet.

Storage channels can exceed 60 meters in depth with minimal clearance between levels, maximizing storage capacity. Efficient space utilization reduces the system's footprint, lowering land costs. In cold storage warehouses, this also decreases the surface area that requires cooling, leading to lower energy consumption.
