1. Specifications: This includes size, load capacity, and number of layers. Shelf dimensions are typically based on user needs and product size, commonly set at 2000*600*2000mm with four layers, adjustable as required. Load capacity generally ranges from 300KG to 1000KG, customizable as needed.

2. Mezzanine Size and Load-Bearing: Load-bearing capacity is calculated in kilograms per square meter, with a maximum of 1000KG/m². mezzanine dimensions are customized according to warehouse area.

3. Net Height: The warehouse's net height must be at least 4.2 meters, barring special requirements.

4. Safety Distance: If the mezzanine is adjacent to a wall, a safety distance of 100mm must be maintained.

5. Mezzanine Guardrail: Guardrails are essential for safety, typically ranging from 1200mm to 1500mm in height.

6. Material: mezzanine shelves are usually made of steel plates, steel gussets, and wooden boards, with steel gussets being the most durable and costly. Material choice should align with user requirements.

7. Passage: Adequate passageways must be designed based on user needs, including considerations for forklift access.
