1. Medium A Shelf
This medium-sized shelf features columns, beams, wide and narrow hangers, and anti-drop locks. The top and bottom layers are fixed, while the middle layers can be adjusted in 50mm increments. The spacing can be customized based on the volume of goods stored, and specifications can be tailored to meet specific needs.
2. Medium B Shelf
This shelf uses a simple plug-in column and beam structure, making it easy to install and disassemble. The beam height adjusts in 50mm increments and supports a load capacity of 250-800kg, ideal for manual storage and retrieval. It can be used independently or easily combined into various arrangements.
3. Attic Shelf
Constructed from medium or heavy-duty shelves with floor panels, this design creates two to multiple layers for storing light and small goods. It is suitable for manual handling of diverse large or small batches. Goods are typically transported to upper levels via forklifts, hydraulic lifts, or freight elevators, then moved to specific locations using light trolleys or hydraulic pallet trucks, effectively increasing storage space by two to three times.
4. Cantilever Shelves
These shelves consist of cantilevers mounted on columns, customizable as single-sided or double-sided. Made from H-shaped or cold-rolled steel, the cantilevers connect to the columns via plugs or bolts. The base is also secured with bolts. This system efficiently stores long items like wood and pipes, and features a robust design that maximizes load-bearing capacity while minimizing costs. The columns have double rows of holes with a 100mm pitch, allowing cantilevers to be adjusted in 100mm increments.
5. Through-Type Shelves
Designed for pallet storage, through-type shelves are ideal for high-volume, low-variety goods. Forklifts must enter the shelf for storage and retrieval, with a recommended depth of no more than seven cargo positions per side. Guide rails can be added to enhance forklift speed, making these shelves popular in cold storage and the food and tobacco industries.
6. Beam Shelves
Commonly used in warehouse management, beam shelves offer strong load capacity and versatility across various sectors, including electronics, home appliances, furniture, and supermarkets.
7. Gravity Shelves
Similar to beam shelves, gravity shelves feature a roller seat design that utilizes the weight of goods to facilitate flow. They are optimally tilted for efficient first-in-first-out logistics. Typically, these shelves are no taller than 6 meters, and individual pallet weights should not exceed 1000kg to maintain reliability and operability.
8. Shuttle Shelves
The shuttle shelf storage system includes shelves, shuttles, and forklifts, designed based on warehouse specifics, stored goods, and pallet dimensions. The shuttle is an intelligent robot programmed for automated picking, transporting, and placing of pallet goods, capable of communicating with a host computer or WMS system. Forklifts are selected based on shelf height, pallet size, and shuttle dimensions for efficient transport of goods and shuttles.
